Hi Jens, you’re right: my aim is to ensure that the Keyple project management remains sustainable in the future.
→ In fact, I plan to request the removal of project lead status for Yvonne Yam.
When the project was created, it was necessary to designate a minimum of 3 people with project lead status. I'm one of those 3 people, but daily I'm the only project
lead really carrying the project on his shoulders.
Nicolas Generali was a little involved in the first two years, but he continues to follow the project on a distance. But I know if it were necessary, he could provide
resources to keep the project going.
In the end, Yvonne didn't get involved in Keyple management at all. His company is not really involved in contributing to the project.
I'd like to nominate two people who perfectly know the project.

I am struggling a bit with the addition of two new project leads to the project.
From what I understand, the project already has three project leads. So I would like to understand, why two more?
