A project lead election for Kristiyan Gostev on project Eclipse Kanto
(iot.kanto) was started by Dimitar Dimitrov with this criteria:

Kristiyan Gostev (GitHub ID: k-gostev) is the main driving force behind the
Eclipse Kanto project.

He is the one who tackles the most difficult tasks, helps other contributors
and communicates actively with Eclipse Kanto adoptors. Kristiyan has a strong
desire to keep the project going and expressed interest in taking over as
Project Lead.

It is my pleasure to nominate Kristiyan Gostev as a Project Lead on Eclipse
Kanto.
