believe that it is time to terminate and archive the Eclipse
HIP project (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/iot.hip).
At this time the project is operating with a single -
committer. We have reached out to him and he has expressed
that he is unable to continue making any progress on it. I
have tentatively scheduled a termination review to conclude on
August 7; however, please let us know if you have any
suggestions/desires to revive the project!
