… I think it would be helpful to have a dedicated "new and noteworthy" page, which explains in more details what this release is about. Bragging about new cool stuff ;-) I also think this is what KaiH mentioned.

… I also think it would be good to have a statement that the IDE now can run on Java 11, at least I assume it does, as you updated the target platform to 2018-09.
