I overlooked that the PB CQ was actually a works-with dependency. However Sharon handled it as a PMC +1 due to the fact that we already discussed/voted on this dependency for another project.

I think this is a great approach and should make things a bit simpler.

So I would suggest to amend out PMC guidelines [2] if we agree on this process in general.

We could, at the same time fix up the section about discuss/vote since we are actually doing this no longer on the mailing list.

If that is ok with you I would like to write a diff in the guidelines pages so that we can vote on it.
