[iot-pmc] Embedding OpenStreetMap as a works-with dependency?

Dear PMC colleagues,

I have another request for a works-with dependency: I have received a contribution (https://github.com/eclipse/smarthome/pull/277) which allows to display an embedded map with a location in the Eclipse SmartHome UI. 

This introduces a dependency to OSM. There terms of usage are: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Legal_FAQ#3a._I_would_like_to_use_OpenStreetMap_maps._How_should_I_credit_you.3F, in my case the „browsable electronic map“ applies, which automatically comes with the required copyright link.

The default representation of a location is simply as a string containing the coordinates. Hence I consider OSM to be a second option for the user to choose and therefore I regard it as a works-with dependency.

Would you agree?
