Hi Jeen,
When the webmasters provisioned your project you should have received a dedicated folder with the write permissions on
download.eclipse.org. Is that not the case? What is your project?

Before our project joined Eclipse we used Sourceforge to make binary distribution files available for download - but
it seems inappropriate to continue using that channel.
