Suffice to say the "geosever 3" milestone 1 activity of combing JAI and JAI-Ext projects into an single codebase with test coverage ... has been successful!

With that in mind I would like to release 0.4 tomorrow, but am considering calling it 1.0-M0 as we are closing in on an initial public release.
