[ide-dev] Highlights for 2021-09 landing page

Hi all,

The Eclipse IDE landing page highlights some of the features of the release. Please see landing pages for the past releases - https://www.eclipse.org/eclipseide/2021-03/ and https://www.eclipse.org/eclipseide/2021-06 for examples.
Similar to the previous releases, we would like to gather inputs from the community on features that can be highlighted on the page for 2021-09 release ( 4.21)
The content we have so far:

1) Latest Java  support - Supports Java 17 including Pattern Matching for Switch (Preview), Sealed Classes and more via Eclipse Marketplace
2) Improved Java Development Tooling - Quick fixes, refactorings, clean ups, and default Type Filters preferences added in Java tooling
3) Improved theme and style - Dark theme tool-tips, better icons and cleaner message dialog.

Please provide your inputs/suggestions on any features or points that can be added to the page for this release.
