+1 for more of these types of sessions. They focus on what people have
already done to improve the developer experience.

Especially these kinds of sessions are important since they focus and
highlight what we already have rather than talking about missing things and
problems.
JDT is a very powerful tool but many programmers just don't know about the
cool features. 
We need more of this kind of sessions!
