[ice-dev] Changing main branch name from master

Everyone,

I was working on some of our build issues for the past couple of days and I noticed that I have not yet updated our main branch name. I will shortly push a change to the repo and configure GitLab to change the default branch to "main" from "master."

This follows a larger trend in our industry and I think it is an important step that we can take to remain an inclusive project for all of our committers, collaborators and users. Please feel free to respond or email me privately if you have questions or concerns.
