[ice-dev] Upcoming changes

Hello ICE Developers,
At Jay's request, I'm writing to inform you that I am changing employers and, as a result, my role within the project will be evolving. I intend to keep my committer status and continue participating, reviewing PRs, commenting on issues, and making contributions. However, I will not be able to make contributions on my new employer's time -- at least not initially -- which will significantly limit my bandwidth. That being said, please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or requests; I will do my best to respond in a timely manner and support continued contribution to the project.
