Re: [ice-dev] Troubleshooting 'No consumerContainerSelector'

Ram,

I haven't encountered that error before, but I've only used ECF a little bit. Scott, do you have any thoughts on it?

Hello ICE-Dev,

On my local branch edefFile2 (https://github.com/knram06/ice/tree/edefFile2), I have been able to connect a Client (from Linux launch instance) to a Core instance (from Core OSGi launch).

But after rebasing my work onto the 'next' branch and resolving bundle issues (for my local OSGi changes), I am not able to connect. Instead, I get an error that says 'No consumerContainerSelector' is available when I try to connect from Client to Core.

I have tried adding other ecf bundles (like provider and distribution) to the Linux launch file to try and resolve this but that doesn't seem to work. Any ideas on the error message? I hope I haven't missed something obvious here.

Thanks,
Ram
