FWIW, the run configuration has to be similarly modified on OS X.

Correct. The win32 plugins are in the
target platform but not in the launch configuration.
I've never tried adding them to the launch configuration and
running it on linux, but I imagine it would complain in the
console. :)

FYI,
the launch configuration has never had the windows bundles
in it. Jordan and I always manually add them.

That is very strange. The launch configuration should have
linux, win and osx bundles in it by default. I'll try to
look at it.
In general that is the first thing I check when this error
happens.

Yes.
We couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Rechecking
out the ice.product launcher seemed to solve the
problem (even though the version I was trying to use
was pulled down only this morning, so I dunno).

Are you using the ice.product launch configuration?
It worked fine for me. You might check with Jordan and
see if it needs updates for working on Windows. Check
your target too.

Has

My
maven build works fine, but when I try to launch
from Eclipse, I get spammed with error messages
saying (a very long list of) bundles could not
be resolved. I don’t actually have any red flags
on any bundles in Eclipse (ie. they can all find
their dependencies), and I’ve tried clearing my
ICEFiles metadata.
