2. Discussion on scope and focus for this forum: 

The proposal is to bring all issues related to agent 
controller, data collection and communication components 
under one forum. This includes development and maintenance 
of existing RAC and enhancements to agent controller 
(previously called HCE). If we are to go in this direction, 
we will have participation from RAC committers and possibly
a new meeting time that works for all interested parties.
 
3. Report on design activity for agent controller enhancements:

Hoang, Andy, Vishnu, Guru, Karla and Sri will give a quick update on
the high level design activity for enhancements and features targeted
for releases 3.3 and beyond. The HLD draft document will be made 
available (checked into CVS) as soon as it is ready for review. There
will be a 2-3 week review period. The commitment is to complete HLD
as part of 3.2 release.
