You are great in reviewing our proposals.

I was focusing on the general mechanism over specific details.
In general, we are very open and flexible in adjusting these
specifics to meet user's needs.

Here is my thought on your questions:

* Regarding timeout value, I was thinking of "milliseconds"
  just like a typical timeout value. It is a reasonable granular level.

* For agent-to-agent communication, I was not thinking of
  the usage scenario that needs to have a separate session.
  But we don't plan to put a restriction or a specific check for it.
  So the answer is "yes" that, by default, it will be able to
  create sessions as well.

* Regarding to handling session drops,
  we are going to provide two more proposals: 
  a security framework and general event and error handling guideline.
  I was going to wait until that spec is out before
  we can discuss in detail on how session error handling will work.
  But I will add more description on how the system will behave
  when session is timed out or broken unexpectedly.

These specifics will be added in the next revision.
