[hyades-dev] Data collection engine changes

Hi,

 

To everyone partaking in the datacollection group, here are some requirements that the choreography group has on the data collection procotol and interface changes.  I haven't any design suggestions yet but if the requirements are out there then people can bear them in mind when they come up with any designs.

 

- All external agent interfaces both for capability discovery and for use of all capabilities need to be useable via WSDL so that the choreography engine can configure and use all agents.

 

- Any internal interfaces that agents use only between themselves (inter-agent communications) don't need to be choreographed and therefore don't need to be useable via WSDL but I expect that once we've defined one interface we will either re-use it or make similar ones.
