[hyades-dev] Hyades release plans?

In the past few weeks I've heard:

- Hyades 1.3 (March) is going to be called Hyades 2.0 and be Eclipse 3.0 
compatible
- Hyades 1.3 is back on for March and won't be 3.0 compatible.
- The June release will be Hyades 2.0, no - make that 3.0, and be Eclipse 
3.0 compatible
- There will be a release sooner than March v1.2.1?, possibly followed by 
a 
  1.3 release in March...or possibly not.

Unsuprisingly, I feel a little confused.

What are our release plans? What are the schedules? When do we plan 
Eclipse 3.0 compatibility? Are we branching the source tree or not?

If we don't know these things, do we at least have "a plan for a plan"?

What came of the face-to-face management meeting in December? Were minutes 
published? 

Does the management team still meet? There have been no published minutes 
in many months. If the decisions are taken at the Committers meeting 
instead, perhaps someone can publish that info.

As both a contributor to and a consumer of Hyades, I would find a little 
more communication very helpful, either via the mailing list or posted 
documents on eclipse.org.
