David, I chatted with Tony Nadalin of IBM while at EIC in Munich a few days ago and asked about the status of Idemix (and getting it released under EPL). I received no new information from him so I can only assume that the IP issues related to Idemix are still in the process of being worked out.

Wish I knew more.
