Hi All, hi have the same problem (Runtime Error and Higgins Identity
Selector Error when I open my web page. Are these problem linked?). If I disable TheBehavior IE add on (hbxie.dll) the error is
solved (I want use only the Higgins Selector Switch Service on the 31002 port
for my socket application) but I can’t enable the default ICard manager
