1. [Brian] We are still working on 1.1M4.  

• Build was moved out one week to 3-Oct.
• Will do a preliminary build once the SOAP and WSTrust STS updates are done so people can do their dependancy testing (hopefully next week).

• Boston was the winning location  (Actually the room we have is in Waltham, just off route 128, Austin was second)

3. [Jim/Drummond/Markus] EntityID discussion - updates and continued discussion on current state of EntityID proposal. Related links noted below:

• We had a open and lengthly (ran 30 min over meeting time) discussion on EntityID topics. 
• The net of the conversation was to go with Markus' proposal (noted in email last week) with the following modifications: (a) use search filters instead of i-attribute values and (b) modify the entityID model to support determining if an attribute has entity ID value and whether it is immutable or not. 
• Jim and Markus will make the more detailed updates based on this conversation to the wiki pages noted in above links and send a notification out to Higgins-Dev for further review/comment.
