Tony,
If we had a room in the Seattle/Redmond area (perhaps at MS) big enough for
all Higgins people who wanted to attend, and we held a Higgins F2F and
CardSpace folks came to part of it, would that address your needs?

An acceptable alternative might be to have a Higgins F2F near MSFT and
invite them to visit us as part of the Higgins meeting.
I am not sure who could host such a meeting.
