Because many international organizations consider anything that has the word "subject" relate that to a Person and they reject this

When we make changes to certain wiki pages (especially things like the Data
Model), could we add changelog comments that remind us why we made the
change?
Tom wasn't here for the discussion which caused us to change "Digital
Subject" to "Entity" and it would be nice to point him at an agreed- upon
reason for us doing that.
I know it's not practical to do this for every change we made today due to
the rapid nature of the changes, but for big changes, it would be nice to
have a record of *why*
