Re[2]: [higgins-dev] proper URI for higgins attribute types

When I looked closer on what we need to change in order have proper
URI for higgins attributes it appears for me that along with changes to
higgins.owl (replace all occurrences of
http://www.eclipse.org/higgins/ontologies/2006/higgins.owl with
http://www.eclipse.org/higgins/ontologies/2006/higgins) we need to
move higgins.owl itself to proper location - it should be accessible
over internet from
http://www.eclipse.org/higgins/ontologies/2006/higgins as well.
I'm going to update higgins.owl in svn repository with proper base and
higgins namespace URLs and place (move) it to appropriate location on
Eclipse web server to make it accessible at
http://www.eclipse.org/higgins/ontologies/2006/higgins
If anybody have any objections please let me know.
Please note, that every ontology which uses higgins.owl (import,
refer, etc) need to be updated after this to use new public location.
