Sorry it took me so long to get to this -- I just got my laptop back.  (And I'm giddy with excitement!)

Anyway, I'm not too familiar with the AppliesToMapHandler or the ExtensionMapHandler.  Essentially they're copying the code in MapHandler.  Would it be simpler to inherit from MapHandler?  (I realize this would add a dependency to configuration.xml, but is that a bad thing?) 

I don't see any problems with your changes.

Attached are some changes I need to make to the STS to bring them in line with the latest interface changes for the ISettingHandler interface.  The STS does not currently build with the changes to ISettingHandler.

Would you review them to see if they are correct, and let me know ASAP so I can check them in?
