Just checked in two (non-breaking) changes, both suggested by Tom:
1) better exception reporting when no context factories are found
2) meaningful toString, equals and hashCode methods for IContextId implementations

In addition, I updated the IdASRegisty wiki pages that are linked from the Components page.
