[higgins-dev] need to update IdAS javadoc

The IdAS Javadoc at http://www.eclipse.org/higgins/org.eclipse.higgins.docs/idas/ is out of date.

I've been committing the new IdAS Javadoc to the project I set up using the .psf at http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/JavaDoc, but that only gets it into CVS, not onto the eclipse.org website. I'm sure there's something else I'm supposed to do, but I don't know what it is.

Any pointers?
