[higgins-dev] Higgins website now available

The initial Higgins website is now up on eclipse.org! (finally)  See it at www.eclipse.org/higgins

 

Since we have not yet provisioned the code, the initial site focuses on goals, plans and resources, etc.  We expect to evolve the site as the project progresses.  Comments, suggestions, edits, etc. to the webpages are strongly encouraged.   What other information do you think would be helpful to the Eclipse community before we provision the code?
