[handly-dev] ISourceFileFactory is going to be removed

Just a short notice that I'm going to remove the interface ISourceFileFactory (deprecated in 0.3), and also deprecate the poorly named IElementForEditorInputFactory in favor of the new interface IInputElementProvider [1]. Please let me know in case there are any objections or suggestions.
