I started using Sirius and designed the ecore file using ecore tools. But how to do I link it to the graphical design part?

It's not the same approach, as it does not involve code generation, but
Sirius (http://www.eclipse.org/sirius) allows the definition of
graphical modelers which use GMF Runtime underneath (disclaimer: I'm
part of the Sirius team).
