Given the significant contributions to the tooling side of GMF that Dmitri (known as 5d5@xxxxxxx in Bugzilla) has contributed, and noting his exemplary use of Bugzilla and participation in the community during his short time on the project, I propose that Dmitri Stadnik be granted commit rights on the GMF project.
