[geomesa-users] GeoMesa 3.3.0 released

The GeoMesa team here at CCRi is happy to announce a new minor release, 
3.3.0. Artifacts are available from Maven Central and on GitHub[1]. This 
release contains 60 new features and bug fixes since 3.2.0.

contributing to this release!
