[geomesa-users] GeoMesa 2.4.0 released

Hi all,

The GeoMesa team here at CCRi is happy to announce a new minor release, 
version 2.4.0. Artifacts are available from Maven Central and on 
GitHub[1]. For detailed information on key changes, refer to the release 
notes[2].

Users are encouraged to check the upgrade guide[3] to avoid surprises 
when upgrading.
