Avro supports a "logicalType" attribute on some types to represent a derived type. For dates, the logical types include: "date", "timestamp-millis", and "timestamp-micros".

Update AvroSimpleFeatureTypeParser and ConfluentFeatureSerializer to support these logical types. One way to accomplish this might be, in AvroSimpleFeatureTypeParser.addFieldToBuilder(), to check if the field contains the property "logicalType" for the "int" or "long" types and assign that field to be a Date in the SimpleFeatureBuilder. Then, in ConfluentFeatureDeserializer.deserialize(), when an attribute with a Date binding is encountered there would need to be some logic to distinguish between a ``geomesa.data.format`` Date and a "logicalType" Date.
