Improving GeoCQEngine for choosing the index type in case of Geometry Index.
In the Index declaration will possible to add a new attribute userdata named "geo-index-type" with allowed values "STRtree", "QuadTree", "Bucket" (current implementation and default value) like in the following example:

I'll use the JTS implementation of indexes with the current WrappedQuadtree for the QuadTree and use a similar techique for the STRtree (eventually refactoring the wrapping code).
