I'm honestly not sure what's the current status of dgn support in geotools.

A few years before, I did rewrite the dgnlib (c/c++ project) to java, to use internally (I'm including a zip with the sources).

But, I see, we have dgn read/write (and others formats) in java using ogr/gdal in java.

What is the next steps to do it?
