[gemini-dev] Commit rights for Aaron Whiteside have been expired

rt.gemini.blueprint Committers,
Markus Knauer has expired the commit rights for Aaron Whiteside
(awhiteside).  The reason for this change is:

>From time to time it is important (and a requirement [1]) to check if all
listed project committers are still active, and to retire those who have
become inactive because of lack of time, personal reasons, other duties,
... - usually not the most-loved job but it helps projects to stay alive.

I'd like to thank you, Aaron, for your contributions in the past and hope
to see you again contributing to the project.
