[gef-dev] Updated Oxygen M6 contribution to gef-master #4197 - API changes within FX and MVC.FX.

Hi all,
I just promoted gef-master #4197 as our updated Oxygen M6 contribution.
Please be aware that we have removed the abstract gesture classes from the GEF FX component (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=503427) and have further incorporated a major API change within the GEF MVC component in terms of https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=510415, which basically manifests itself in renamings: ‚tools‘ are now referred to as ‚gestures‘ and ‚interaction policies‘ as ‚handlers‘, while 'transaction policies' are now simply referred to as ‚policies‘. The term ‚tool‘ had been considered inappropriate for quite a while already (it was taken over from GEF 3.x), as was the mixing of interaction and transaction logic in terms of policies. Both are now resolved.
