There is only a difference of term. 
In UI, or windows, there are two type of palette:
1, Outlook-Bar-style
2, PageControl-style
Borland use pagecontrol style in all their IDEs, such as Jbuilder, Delphi, C++Builder but C#Builder,
c#builder use outlook-bar style.
Which used, dependents on personal preference. so what if we provide two style or more?
