[geclipse-dev] Traceview plugins moved

Hi everybody,

the traceview plugins are now living in SVN. Please remove them from your 
workspace and check them out from SVN

These are:

eu.geclipse.traceview
eu.geclipse.traceview.debug
eu.geclipse.traceview.nope
eu.geclipse.traceview.otf
eu.geclipse.traceview.statistics

@Linz, please check that nothing is missing, i also committed the latest 
cleanups done after the CQ was submitted.
