umpfffffff....  terminal.glogin depends on gvid.

@Linz: couldn't we move the 2 gvid specific classes in e.g.glogin to 
e.g.gvid  itself, reversing that dependency?

This would also allow the VTK feature to be completely independent of 
globus/glogin when the connections refactoring is done.

The current solution is to shift e.g.gvid into the globus feature.

Anyway, the VTK feature is there.
