Hmm, well, I think it submitting a RSL file is currently not possible due to 
the new job submission mechanism. I'm not sure how this functionality should 
be added again (where to enter the contact strings) since there are no 
middleware specific job submission pages anymore. I'm also not sure what 
should be on the VO page, I guess a generic VO since it is not possible to 
create a project without any VO, but it would also be possible to submit RSLs 
on gLite if the server supports it.
