You are using dev.eclipse.org as server? Well, this is a cluster of many 
servers and currently two of them are dead. I guess it depends on your 
nameserver and a few other things which SVN-server you get, and as a result 
of that it works for some of you (and for some of you it does not work).

I'll keep you updated... :)
