you might have noticed already that the same happened during the weekend... 
the build fails while downloading the Orbit bundles from the Eclipse 
servers...

The URL is correct, so this seems to be just a temporary failure (timeout) 
probably due to overloaded servers at the EF which are heavily working 
towards Ganymede.... 
Simply restarting the build solves the problem.
