We are as much surprised as you.
Are you sure you're using NightlyBuild: geclipse-1.0_N20080609-0500

On the dependencies list there no such relation:
http://iwr-geclipse.fzk.de:8443/luntbuild/publish/gEclipse/NightlyBuild/geclipse-1.0_N20080609-0500/artifacts/Dependencies.html#org.globus

In the HEAD there is also no such dependencies, we checked it again 
after reading your mail.

Or maybe you're using M5 release (which is one month old).
That release has this dependencies (and probably more).
