Hello GRIA users/developers :-)

I just commited changes for Gria Data Stagers:
Now it's possible to open links for output data stagers for gria jobs.

Please pay attention on Gria Data Stagers functionality during tomorrowtest.

I found one issue: if user open output stager for submitted job, thenstager is opened in text editor.
