Concerning P1 and P2. After the talk we had in our meeting a few weeks 
ago it was decided not to add any cache concerning the info. I asked 
Ariel about these two performance issues after he sent the e-mail and he 
said that these two issues where just added there to keep them in mind.

Comments: An addition in the info was needed for this. I have updated 
the info system and I am waiting confirmation that the people that are 
working for the data management are satisfied with it.
