I'd like to change the java.wsdl pre-req that org.apache.axis has.
The code would be functionally equivalent, but would like to change to
a jar-less jar, and it would have a different symbolic name (javax.wsdl,
instead of it's current javax.wsdl15).

Please comment in the bug if there are problems or concerns. Otherwise,
I'm hoping to get the new version in our WTP M3.
