No! We should not start hardcoding things again. Instead we should think
about useful alternatives. For the problem above we already thought
about the possibility to add user-defined services to a VO definition
just like you add an information service. If I find some time I will try
to implement this for the VOMS VO (It is already implemented for the
GRIA VO, so most of the work will be copy&paste).
