Something I forgot to mention on the call.

Seems like EMO raised no objections, so I finally followed through on setting up 'git-crypt' in the flux repo. This allows us to share some encrypted manifest.yml files that are needed/used to push flux to CF.

Also added some info to the README.md about this. You only need the enctryped files (and git-crypt) if you are deploying flux to CF. So if you don't think that you need or might need to redeploy flux to CF, you can ignore this stuff.

Otherwise, please read the flux README on github and
 - let me know you want a copy of the "flux.key" file. I'll send it to you somehow.

 - let me know if the instructions aren't clear.
